There are things I believe will never change. I know, 50 years ago I lived paycheck to paycheck, with expensive housing and the ever increasing national debt.

This is such an insightful piece on the qualities of leadership, especially the importance of trust. I hope our next president has these traits and leads with integrity for the better of future generations.

Thank you for articulating so well why the debate was so problematic. I couldn’t quite put my finger on it. My main concern is the national debt and unfortunately I feel like both sides not only ignore it, but make it worse by adding to it.

Isn’t that the truth. But perhaps Mr Jeft is correct and AI productivity will save us. 🤷🏻‍♀️

The national debt will be meaningless as we will create inflation over the next several years that will devalue the dollar and the debt. Then AI and robots will enter the economy meaningfully after 2030 and ultimately we will have more robots than humans working. We will no longer have a deficit as productivity will go through the roof with robots but half the country will become unemployed. Lots of changes coming.
