Thanks for sharing a view into your life and experience. That’s beautiful. And yes, we need to take a step back and find opportunities to celebrate all of our wins!!!

Thank you. I am sure you have many wins to celebrate. What would you say are the ones from 2023 that would make your BJ Fogg lifeline list?

Your writing is always a reflection -- you constantly hold a mirror, and I thank you for that! Celebrating each other’s wins is so important nothing gives me more joy! And having been on the receiving end of that is a life blessing truly, because like you, I often fail, if not always fail, to see how far I’ve come. I still picture your reaction when I told you I got into UCLA during a quick FaceTime. You were one of the first handful of people I told, and the joy, love, and excitement you’ve expressed still warms my heart to this day every time I think about that particular phone call. What a gift!! Love you and beyond grateful for you! ❤️❤️❤️

I was having a conversation with a mutual friend of ours (EK) yesterday and we were instinctively reflecting/celebrating wins for each other, which is so important when we can get so focused on the next summit that we forget to appreciate the current view. This piece is a wonderful reminder to do that for ourselves (and, thank goddess for the people who step in to show us what we're missing). Love your work! xoxo

I love this read. You and V have come so far and you’ve done it together as a team. Lots to celebrate! I can’t wait to what future wins you have as a family.

It is true that we all need to assess our own wins and celebrate them. In general, I think we focus more on our misses. It’s easier than given ourselves praise. I can’t remember the actress name, but she just gave a thank you speech at the Grammys, congratulating herself for her hard work, dedication and accomplishments. We should all take note.

As always, excellent and amazing . How good it is to take a look back at the past and review all the things. My biggest wins are spending time with you guys and travel with you. I am always grateful for everything that you showed me and teach me. ❤️

❤️❤️❤️ this post! I think about how I should stop and celebrate but rarely do. It’s something about being in the trenches for me as soon as I stop to celebrate it I fear it will all go away, like by acknowledging and celebrating I am jinxing it.

My biggest wins are spending more time with family, traveling the world, and taking care of a lot of medical check ups.

Incites into my life is very hard for me. Seems what stands out in my mind are my shortcomings from the past I can’t do anything to change. My biggest win is staying quiet and being happy for others.

That makes me so sad! You are an amazing woman who has an endless number of wins to celebrate including overcoming and growing through so much from childhood, the amazing friend you are, the ride or die supporter of your family members including DFM, BC, FRM, DT to name a few, all that you model and have taught me including repairs and growth and I haven’t even touched on your art legacy and the amazingly loving grandmother you are! Stop being hard on yourself please! Life is too short and only getting shorter. I love you!
